Rocky Road Recipe

225g chocolate
120g margarine 
1 large can of condensed milk
1 packet of Rich Tea biscuits (275g approx.)
4 large marshmallows
2 15cm cake tins (lined with tin foil)
1 bowl
1 plastic bag
1 wooden spoon
1 rolling pin
Cling film

1. Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag and set aside. 
2. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and set aside.
3. Cut the marshmallows into ¼ ‘s and set aside.
4. Put the margarine in a bowl.
5. Heat the margarine in the microwave for 1 minute and stir. Heat again if it is not fully melted.
6. Add the chocolate and the tin of condensed milk to the margarine. 
7. Heat the mixture in the microwave until the chocolate is melted.
8. Stir in the biscuits.
9. Add marshmallows once the mixture has cooled a little.
10. Pour the mixture into two 15cm cake tins and flatten.
11. Cover the tins with cling film.
12. Leave to chill in the fridge for 3 hours.
